Fingers Crossed!
As you may know eagles are nesting on our eaglecam2. So far things are looking a little slow at this nest. The birds are using it more as a feeding perch than a nest. We do still have time. The latest egg laying by Eagles is May 6th--so let's keep our fingers crossed.

You're famous! At least in the Burlington (Vermont) Free Press. A small article about an eagle cam catching the laying of an eagle egg. I love the view from the cam2. My classroom watches every day and the students are excited to be part of this.
I think there is already an egg. It's been there for a couple of days. I saw it when the female briefly left the nest. I have also observed her turning the eggs.
I could have sworn that I saw an unattended egg there yesterday?
Saw the good news on the "news" on tv! An egg! Wow! Best wishes and good luck to the parents.

I've checked several times today and the eagle is still there. Let's hope there is an egg!

Hi am I correct in my reading of the blog that looks as though the Maine nest with the Y branch is not being used this year? Also that everyone is watching the other nest that seems to have eggs?
Thanks I'll check back later for a response!

Hi --
I haven't seen any activity around this nest (1) in a couple of weeks. Have they given up on it again this year?
Michael
